Terms, Privacy Notice, and Child Data Notice

ClearPath is a learning-support product for students, parents, teachers, reviewers, and authorised staff. It provides study guidance, practice, feedback, and workspace tools; it does not guarantee examination marks or replace school, guardian, teacher, medical, legal, or other professional support.

Use ClearPath only for lawful educational purposes. Keep account credentials private, provide accurate account information, and do not misuse the service to harm another person, bypass access controls, or submit content you do not have permission to use.

A parent or legal guardian owns the family account and creates separate student access. ClearPath may restrict access when an account, device, or workspace requires verification or safety review.

ClearPath uses account, device, learning, assessment, and support information to provide the requested workspace, protect access, improve learning continuity, and operate the service. Access is limited by role and workspace permissions.

Parents may review the student workspaces they control, manage access and trusted devices, and request privacy support. ClearPath records the version and time of legal acknowledgements so the account can show which notices were accepted.

Retention, deletion, export, and support requests are handled according to the published production policy and applicable law. Do not upload highly sensitive information that is not needed for learning support.

Students do not create independent family accounts. A parent or legal guardian creates and controls each student login, manages consent and devices, and can review the learning activity available in the parent workspace.

Student information is used to provide age-appropriate learning support, preserve progress, generate feedback, and help authorised adults support the student. Adult and student credentials remain separate.

A guardian may withdraw consent or request child-data support where applicable. ClearPath may pause affected features while a request is reviewed or when continued processing is not authorised.
